Warranty

STAN Outdoors LLC provides a limited one-year warranty on its products. All products are covered against breakage due to defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Abuse or alteration of the product voids the warranty. In the event of breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship the liability of STAN Outdoors LLC shall be limited to the lesser of the cost of repairing or replacing the broken part. In any event, the cost shall never exceed the original retail price of the product. Failure to follow all recommended instructions of any STAN Outdoors LLC product may void this warranty.

Although STAN Outdoors LLC warranties all products that are free from defects in materials or manufacturing, STAN Outdoors LLC is not responsible for personal/property harm to you or others and any equipment due to misuse, misapplication, improper installation, or any other form of misuse or abuse of a STAN Outdoors LLC product.

STAN Outdoors LLC retains the right to modify any product as seen fit by STAN Outdoors LLC to any product at any time, potentially modifying the appearance, materials or function of said product without any prior notice to any party.

Returns

An RMA number MUST be obtained prior to shipment back. This applies to ALL customers be it consumers, dealers, staff shooters, etc….. Each product must obtain this number and have it clearly marked on the outside of the parcel in which it is shipped to our location. STAN Outdoors LLC cannot refund the purchase price of any product to any individual at any time. For those customers who ship product back unannounced and unapproved, the product returned must be forwarded to the Returns Manager for review.

Letting go of release in the shot process as evidenced by bent internal pins or abnormal dents in the release.

Releases that have problems because they have been disassembled, abused, or modified.
